NOTES ON MAIN FEES:

  • *In order to qualify for the member rate all members need an active membership status (namely to have paid the 2018 subscription fee to WAIMH World Association) . If you have not paid the subscription fee for 2018 and want to register as a member, please read here>> and visit WAIMH website membership page.
    The organisers reserve the right to change the registration status if membership fees are not paid.
  • **The student fee is intended for PhD, Graduate School or University students (undergratued) who will have no more than 30 years old in May2018. They have to prove their status uploading a copy of their student ID certificate on the registration form (pdf or jpg files).
  • ***Developing countries are those included in the List of developing countries as for the World Bank.

NOTES ON ONE-DAY FEE:

  • One-day registration fee do not allow paper presentation.
    Abstract presenters should register for the entire Congress (main registration fees).
  • It is not allowed to register for more than one-day.

 

IMPORTANT
 Lunches and Dinner pre-booking is advisable. Vegetarian and vegan food will be provided.

 Refunds will be settled following the conclusion of WAIMH2018.

 

NOTE ON VAT:
 As stated in the article 53 of Directive 2006/112/EC, the supply of registrations is subject to VAT,  either when supplied to companies or taxable persons. Percentage is currently 22% as it depends on the country where the event is taking place.Should changes occur the amount of teh registration fees will be updated accordingly.
