INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

ALL SESSION ROOMS AT THE CONGRESS VENUE ARE EQUIPPED FOR PC PROJECTION.

Please DO NOT send the presentation in advance.

Speakers must bring their PPT presentations on pen drive USB to the Speaker Ready Room (Hall Pola/Spalato) well ahead of their session – ideally the day before, or first thing in the morning for the afternoon sessions.

Use of own laptop in the session rooms will not be allowed. Final presentations are loaded into a central server that is linked on the computer in your specific session room. Technical staff will be in every session room to provide assistance.

The staffed Speaker Ready Room, which has several computers linked to a printer, will be available for any assistance you may require. Speakers who are using MAC, are requested to make sure that the presentation is converted to Microsoft PowerPoint for Windows PCs or static PDF (animations and transitions will be lost).
